Blah, blah, blah....

It's been a long, busy week, especially at work. I'm so happy it's almost over in some respects. My mom comes back from her trip after the weekend so I'm not rushing the weekend away. I've enjoyed getting home at night and maybe cooking or NOT. It's been very nice.

I've been contemplating giving up the blog. I don't get a lot of comments (not that I'm out for a contest or anything). I just feel like it takes up a lot of time and I can't say half of what I want to just in case anyone I know sees it. I'll keep thinking on it.

Anyhoo, have a wonderful weekend if I decide not to post!!

I'm in sort of the same boat about the blog. I'm just finding lately that a) I don't seem to think of things to blog about and b) if I do, it just seems like it's more effort than it's worth. I've actually gone for days lately without even turning the computer on, which is something totally new for me :) I've been watching more tv (isn't that wonderful for my brain!), playing my DS and Wii, and reading, among other things. Just not interested in the computer or blogging or Facebook lately, so I understand completely.

Hope you find something that works for you... don't think you can run away that easily though! LOL!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend :)

I gave up my blog and do not miss it one bit! It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, well not that huge, but I am happier and feel less guilty. I decided to delete it so it would not just sit there. Good luck with your decision!

I can understand if you give up the blog-it is hard to come up with things to say and not getting a lot of responses is also disappointing in some ways. (I love comments and wish I had more too!)

I will say that I love coming to read your blog, looking at your beautiful cards and catching up on your snowmobiling and all. Plus, I look forward to all of the exciting things I could get to do when my boys are older.

You know, maybe a break for a few months and see if you miss it. If you do, you can come back! If not, you can ditch-but I would see if you can save all of your entries somehow!

I know how you feel. I can't remember the last time I blogged. And joining Facebook didn't help. I don't know how people can manage to keep up with both!

Some people probably read your blog through a blog reader, and it's not easy to comment that way. You might be getting a lot of traffic and not even know it. Do you have a blog counter?

Wendy, I'm so clueless about blogger that I don't even know if I have a counter!! I don't think I do.

Thanks for all your nice comments. I'll just see how it goes. I just love to keep up with my online friends so I may not be able to stop but I may not post daily.

I really appreciate my regular commenters!!

Maybe you should just try blogging once a week, that has helped me get back into blogging.

It is tough not getting comments, when I first started blogging, I read like 20 blogs a day, and enjoyed getting lots of comments, but it took way too long, so I just decided to cut my blog list down to my favorite blogs- and even though I miss the comments, I know I blogging more for my family than anything else.

And what else has helped me is I been only visiting my blog list 1 to 2 times a week- as you may have noticed. But I have fun catching up.

I hope you continue, but beeing one that has taken many breaks from blogging it is understandable.

Don't let blogging stress you out, Michele. Just post when you feel like it. I used to post daily, but now only post here and there. With my helath it's just a lot easier for me.

I love reading your blog & looking at your cards.

Hugs, Kimi
