When I placed my pre-order, I added the Hand-Penned Memories & More cards to see if I "had" to have the suite.  Well, after playing with it for the first time, I must say, I'll be ordering the whole shebang!  This designer paper is gorgeous!

I started with a base of Mint Macaron for each card.  I decided to cut the Memories & More cards with the gorgeous Scalloped Contour Dies from the Contour and Color bundle.  They are amazing and I'm so glad I purchased them!  You'll be seeing me use these a LOT.  I cut the sentiment piece out of Blushing Bride, and then used some Foam Adhesive Sheets to pop it up.  These are just like Stampin' Dimensionals, only one sheet you can cut to size.  I then added a sticker from the Memories & More pack with a few 2021-2023 In Color Jewels (personal fav!).

Like I said, I started with a Mint Macaron Base, cut & adhered my frame along with a strip from one of the cards.  Then I realized I glued it upside down.  Ooooops!  It looked pretty fun upside down, so I cut the card base so I had a panel of Mint Macaron, then adhered to a Thick Basic White base.  I cut my sentiment piece in Pale Papaya, a new In Color.  Then I stamped the sentiment (a Paper Pumpkin stamp) and put a Pale Papaya bow on it.  I didn't see the need for embellishments.

Let me know what you think and if you have a preference for the first or second.  Memories & More cards are great if you don't want to buy the whole bundle/suite.  They are only $10 and go a long way!  These products will be available in my store on May 4.  You can shop now for current and clearance products in the meantime!  Any order of $50 or more is eligible for a gift from me if you use the April Host Code of: 2XMJSMFC .  Please don't use the code if your order is $150 or more.  Stampin' Up! will give you rewards for your order and I want you to get them. I will still send you a gift!  If you need a new catalog, please contact me if you are not working with another demonstrator.  I'll be happy to send a free one out to you.

Pansy Petals

I loved this Pansy Patch bundle as soon as I saw the new catalog!  I bought the whole Pansy Petals Suite so I could get the paper, embellishments, etc. I had Monday off (Patriot's Day for MA) so I decided to get some uninterrupted crafting time in!  The Pansy Petals Suite did not disappoint!  There are so many ways to use the stamps, dies and designer series paper.  Some of the dies coordinate with the dsp so you can cut a whole sheet of leaves and pansies and not stamp a thing except the sentiment.

I used the dies for the first card.  The pansies and leaves were cut and glued together on a Stitched Sweetly panel.  The base is Gorgeous Grape, the pansy Fresh Freesia (personal fav), and the leaves in Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent.  I embellished with some gorgeous brand new In Color jewels.

On the next card, I stamped the pansies (two or three step stamping in the same colors listed above.  I embellished with an adorable bee trinket, mounted on a Stitched So Sweetly panel and adhered to a Soft Succulent base.

The third pansy was cut in Whisper White, Gorgeous Grape, and Bumblebee.  I took a Blender Pen and Bumblebee ink, cut down the color a bit, and simply added some streaks where the dies are indented.  The Bumblebee dsp is from Pansy Petals.  It's gorgeous!!  There are some ginghams, florals, etc.  The base on this is Gorgeous Grape, and I added a cute bee.

And the fourth was made by cutting the pansies and leaves out of designer series paper.  I cased the catty on this one.  Let me know if you have a favorite.  I'd love to hear what you think! The catalog has great ideas!  If you need one and you are not working with another demonstrator, please let me know!  I'd love to send you one for free.

The brand new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog begins on May 4.  I placed a pre-order as a demonstrator.  If you cannot wait for May 4, you can sign up as a demonstrator and place a pre-order until May 3.   It's a great deal and you have no further obligation.  You can simply enjoy the discount, or you can build a business to help support your Stampin' Up! habit!  I did that almost 8 years ago and I love every minute of being a demonstrator.  Just contact me if you have questions!

Don't you just love this adorable dog set?  The sayings are so cute!  Hot Dog is available in the Stampin' Up! mini catalog (Jan. to June 2021).

I paired them both with the Playful Pets designer series paper from the annual catalog.  The first was made using the Stitched Nested Labels dies.  I used a base of Crumb Cake which was sent through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine with the Tasteful Textures embossing folder.  I colored the cute dog and his hat in with Stampin' Blends and stamped the balloons on colored card stock (Daffodil Delight, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie).

On the second card, I stamped the dog on Crumb Cake, fussy cut and then used the Tasteful Textures embossing folder.  I think it looks a bit like fur.  His little beret was stamped on Real Red and fussy cut.  I adhered the dog and sentiment (stamped in Real Red) on a Stitched Circles die. I also cut a circle with Layering Circles dies in Basic Black.  I added a piece of Basic Black behind the designer series paper to make it pop.  The bone trinket was tied on with black bakers twine.  Let me know if you have a favorite!

Edited to add, this set is retiring along with the Stitched Nested dies.  HURRY if you want them!  The dies are on sale!

You can shop in my store 24/7 for any of the products used.  When you place an order of $50 or more and use the host code of  46S9F49H, you will receive a gift from me!  If your order is $150 or more, do not use the host code!  You will get Stampin' Rewards from Stampin' Up! and also a gift from me!

Ice cream, ice cream!

I love ice cream, don't you?!  I made a quick card using the Ice Cream Corner suite.  This suite has a punch to go with the cute stamp set and yummy designer paper.  I love the little sprinkles too.  They're kind of a rubbery material which is good for mailing.

I used a base of Soft Seafoam, a panel of Purple Posy (3-3/4 x 5), three strips of dsp (1-1/2 x 3-1/2), and a stitched oval.  The sentiment is from Massive Thanks and it's stamped on a little piece from Many Messages.  I used Sahara Sand and Crumb cake for the cone, Purple Posy (I'm one of the lucky ones who got it before they were discontinued), Soft Seafoam, and Pool Party.  The other sentiment strip is Pool Party.  Please let me know what you think and what  your favorite ice cream flavor is!  Mine is pistachio. Thanks for stopping by!

You can shop in my store 24/7 for these products.  Just click on the images below.  If you order $50 or more, you will receive a free gift from me by using the host code:  GGYWZKEW  Purchase the Ice Cream Corner Suite and I'll send you a card kit as well!

More Blooms

I received the In Bloom bundle the other day and started to play with the set using the Paper Blooms designer paper I posted about previously.  Wow, I couldn't stop!  The two work together so well.  If you like the Paper Blooms dsp, be sure you order it before February 28.  The Sale-a-bration catalog will end on that date.  This paper is FREE with purchase until then.  If you buy the In Bloom bundle, for $48.50, you would only  need to add something small like Stampin' Dimensionals to bring it to $50.  Then you would choose the Paper Blooms paper for free.  Aren't they a nice match?!  The dies even cut some of the flowers on the dsp.  I used sentiments from Happy Thoughts.  For cardstock, I used Seaside Spray, Night of Navy, Petal Pink, Rococo Rose, Soft Seafoam and Old Olive. Easy peasy!  Let me know if you have questions or need dimensions.

Shop for products used below.  If you spend $50, you will not only get a free item from Sale-a-bration, you will get a gift from me if you use the host code:  D2STJZGC

If you spend $150, please do not use the host code as you will receive Stampin' Rewards from Stampin' Up! and you will get to choose three level 1 items or one level 1 and one level 2 items.  Don't worry, I will still give you the gift!

Don't you just love this pretty designer paper?!!  It's called Paper Blooms and it's so versatile!  I love the crisp look of Navy with the Rococco Rose.  This paper is a FREE selection during Sale-a-bration.  Time is running out, so don't wait!  Place an order through my store (flower to the right or click on products below to shop).  Not only will you get to choose a free item (or more with additional $50 purchases), you will get a gift from me by using my host code of  D2STJZGC .   If you place an order of $150, do not use the host code.  You will receive Stampin' Rewards from Stampin' Up!  I'll still send you your gift!  If you really want to stock up and take advantage, spend $300 to get the adorable Punch Party stamp set (used in the heart card).  Also, if you'd like to be a discount shopper or a business builder, sign up to be on my team before the end of February!  This month has extra benefits (5 packs of 6x6 designer paper!!).  Choose $125 of any products and pay just $99 and you'll get FREE shipping and you will have until July to use your discount with no further obligation.  Of course, I'd love to help you get started if you'd like to build a business.

Anyway, on to my easy cards with this pretty paper!  I made a get well, happy birthday and baby card.  All three had bases of Night of Navy with a panel of Rococco Rose.  I used the Rectangular Postage punch on two of the three, and the Heart Punch Pack on the baby card.  The sentiments came from Punch Party.  Let me know if you have a favorite!

The Chicks!!

I loved the Hey Chick stamp set when it came out a couple of years ago during Sale-a-Bration.  I was so excited to see it come back as a limited time set with dies! Hey Birthday Chick is adorable as well.  I used the Birthday Chick below.  The chicks are so much fun!

I used the designer series paper from the upcoming annual catalog.  You can only get it when you sign up to be a demonstrator through the end of February.  I was able to pre-order as a demonstrator.  I love the patterns!  I chose the brights collection.  It's my favorite.  My card base is Daffodil Delight and the dsp is in Bermuda Bay and Real Red.  I colored the cute image in with my Stampin' Blends.  The little chick in the egg was die cut and popped with Stampin' Dimensionals.  I also die cut the Happy Birthday twice for sturdiness before adhering.  Let me know what you think, or if you have a favorite!
