These pretty colors from the talented Mary Fish are so refreshing! They remind me of an ice cream I used to love as a kid. It was some sort of Neopolitan or Harlequin ice cream with orange sherbet, coffee, and vanilla, but strawberry would have been a great addition! It sounds like a weird combination, but the orange sherbet and coffee together were truly amazing! I think it was made by a local company, Hood Ice Cream. If anyone remembers it, please comment! Anyway, on to my card!
I am trying to build my sympathy or "bad news" card stash. I started with watercolor paper. I embossed the trees from Thoughtful Branches in white. I then wet with Aqua Painters, and then dipped in each color with the Aqua Painter on the wet paper. I stamped the sentiment from Greatest Greetings in black and mounted the pieces. Easy peasy! Please let me know what you think, and thanks so much for stopping by!
The Thoughtful Branches set is only available through August 31, or while supplies last. So if you would like to get it, I wouldn't wait! It's really gorgeous and so versatile.

Love those washes of color and simple trees for this "so sorry" card!
Such a pretty watercolor background for your sweet trees. Love how those colors are used, I've seen them in the sky at night here.
Beautiful watercoloring. Such a great showcase of these colors and this set.
Thank you, Pals!!
Your tree work over the watercolor bands is stunning! Superb! Much of my entry is based on your design.
