Quick and easy thanks

Here is a quick and easy thank you using the Big Thanks bundle.  I recently received this as a gift from my upline's upline.  What a nice surprise!  I can't wait to ink up this stamp set. All I used was the die. I paired it with the Nature's Poem designer series paper.  I feel like I cannot make a card without the Stitched Shapes thinlits.  I truly love this set.  I used Faceted Dots for the finishing touch.

Fall in New England

I really love fall in New England!  I don't think I would ever want to live where I can't see the beautiful leaves, even if it's horrible in the winter.

I decided to make some pretty leaves by taking the Layered Leaves Dynamic Embossing Folder and tapping some Brushos on the folder and then I spritzed with a Stampin' Spritzer.  I added a panel of thick Whisper White card stock and ran it through the Big Shot.  I also made another with the Woodland Embossing folder.  after spritzing, I took a tissue and ran it down the trees so they would be white.  And for the last card I decided to use the back side of a colorful panel so that it was appropriate for a sympathy card.  I used the leaf punch and Nature's Roots dies as embellishments, and the sentiment piece is from Merry Christmas All from the Holiday Catalog.  Let me know if you have any questions on technique, and tell me which is your favorite!

I promised to share a couple of Aruba pictures, and here they are.  It was beautiful even though we did have two days of rain.  We were experiencing the backlash from a hurricane that was hitting St. Maarten at the time.  The beach area was flooded so we enjoyed the pool.  The next day, we went in the ocean for some big waves!  We met some wonderful people and had a great time as always - One Happy Island!

Paper Pumpkin September 2018

Check out this video and see how easy it is to make some adorable treats for Halloween!  You won't be able to get this



There are two ways to sign up for Paper Pumpkin.  One is a month-to-month.  You can skip for a month or cancel at any time. 

The other way is to order on a regular customer order as prepaid subscription.  You can get a one, three, six or twelve month subscription.  After you place the order, you will receive a code.  You will then go to paperpumpkin.com and enter your code.  It will show how many month you have remaining.

You need to sign up before the 10th of each month.  You'll get a kit shortly after and will then have just about everything you need to complete the project.  I take them to do on my lunch hour sometimes.  All I add is scissors and adhesive.  Once you see these kits, you will thank me for your crafty box of goodness each month!

Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder

This was one of the first things that caught my eye in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog!  It's so pretty!  And how can you go wrong with such an inexpensive item that gives such a WOW factor!  I've used it several times as you can see below.  I love it in Gray Granite with Frost White Shimmer Paint!  I plan on using it again soon with another color.  Which color do you think I should try?

Ok, don't laugh, but the first photo shows how I stamped too far up with the flowers in Country Home.  I originally wanted to put the bow to the side, and then decided to cover up the white space with the bow.   What do you think?  There's almost always a fix for mistakes in stamping!  Thanks for stopping by!

Sandy Stamparatus is Stylin'!

Hope you had a great weekend!  Mine was pretty busy.  My son moved and I was on kid duty from Saturday at noon until Sunday at 6 p.m.  I love them dearly and they are great kids, but I'm beat!  I slept like a log last night.
