I spent a lot of the weekend making a baby scrapbook for a shower that's coming up fast. The last one I made was a kit from The Button Farm (link on right). Unfortunately the baby book was discontinued so I bought my own papers and embellishments and used some of the directions from the baby boy book kit.
I had to make a lot of changes since I didn't have the right rub-ons or embellishments. I used a different 7 Gypsies album and I liked this one even better. It was a little bigger and easier to work with. Most of the paper and chipboard embellies were from Doodlebug.
I won't bore you with all the pages but here's the cover (designed by Angela at the Button Farm) and a few of my pages. You should check out her amazing albums!

very nice- that is one special gift. As the second born child I still have issues with my mother for not filling out my baby book completely, where my sister's is overflowed to the gills. :)
But what I do have in it is always fun to look back on- I am sure your friend and her chile will love it!
I absolutely love it! Very very nice!
I'm pretty sure the mom and the baby (when she's older) will love it.
BTW, Thanks to Theresa for pointing that out, I will make sure that I will make a book for my second one ;-) even though she has less pictures than my first as of now.
Wonderful as usual!! Great colors and it is so good to be finished with a big project!
Great book Michelle! I need to make a baby album too, but the baby is not due til May. Maybe if I start now, I will be done!
