PPA 214

I made this for the Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge 214.  I love these colors, I just didn't know how to put them together!  I didn't have any Island Indigo dsp so I made my own with the Work of Art stamp set.  I always see things when I upload the photo, but I won't even let myself go there.  I don't have time to redo!!

I had some inspiration from Pinterest on this one.  I cannot find the pin!  I will keep looking and update if I find it.  I did change it up a bit.  I hope it's not too busy with the arrows and chevrons!  Let me know what you think.  (After searching for two days, I found the original inspiration on Pinterest!  It's here: inkspired treasures)

Anyway, thanks for looking and I really appreciate you taking the time to comment!

Sympathy cards

Just a quick post to show two sympathy cards I made this week.  Both are using Stampin' Up!'s Moonlight paper stack.

PPA 213

Here is my card for the Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge 213.  This was a fun sketch by the talented Nicole Watt.

I needed a thank you for someone who hosted a big family cookout so I whipped one up with this sketch.  I wanted to keep it semi flat for mailing so the only thing that is popped up is the center flower with the sentiment stamped over it.  I am waiting for my order with a bunch of new dsp, so I ended up using dsp from Sale-a-Bration.  I'm happy to say I will be using new things for next week's challenge!

Thanks for looking and commenting!

PPA 212

Well, this was rushed but it's done.  I made this for the Pals Paper Arts Challenge #212

I made it for a boy, Danny Nickerson, who has cancer.  He is turning six and all he wanted for his birthday is a box of cards.  I had to make a quick one because I ran out of time.   I just got back from vacation and I'm still trying to catch up!  His birthday is Friday, July 25.  If you want to send one, here is his info:

The colors are off in the photo.  I used Gumball Green, Brilliant Blue, Tangerine Tango, and Baked Brown Sugar.  Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting!

Oh no, another baby card!

Ok, I promise I will stop soon.  I need a bunch of baby cards and I cannot resist the Lullaby dsp and Something for Baby bundle!

Right now you can buy 3 dsp and get one free!  There are some amazing patterns to choose from.  Check it out here:

Hope everyone had a nice Fourth of July!  We saw some amazing firework displays at my house.  I love the fact that I don't have to leave home and if the bugs get too bad, I just go inside and watch from my windows.

Baby congrats and weekly deals

I am truly in love with this baby set (yes, I know I've mentioned that before)!  I made this for a cousin who is due soon.  I'm trying to keep ahead because I know of a few girls who will be born in the next month.  I will also need to make new grandparent cards.

Thanks for looking and let me know if you like it!  Also, check out the weekly deals.  I know I'll be getting a couple of these deals!  I've been eyeballing the bracket punch and I also *need* the In Color markers.  These are my favorite In Colors ever!!
