I love this color combination for the
Pals Paper Arts color challenge! I just got a big box from Mr. Brown and it was perfect timing! I pulled out a piece of It's My Party dsp, inked up the Balloon Celebration stamp set and went to work. I'm not sure if you can see the shimmery balloons. I colored them with the clear Wink of Stella pen which is now available through Stampin' Up!
