First of all, my dh put out two mouse traps in the garage. This morning both traps were upside down, no cheese and no mice attached. Grrrrrrrr.....those little buggers are smart. We need to try peanut butter but he hates it because it's messy. Maybe I should borrow a cat from my son. NOT. I'm not a cat person.
Here's where I'm evil. Each morning I drive by a shopping center on my way to work. Usually the same people are standing there waiting for the bus. The other day a new guy showed up. He's very large in all respects. What I noticed was his outfit. He had on poker print sleep pants two days in a row. I thought of how cold he must be. Well...this morning I just about busted a gut. He had on PINK, yes old lady pretty pink, sleep pants. They were a floral design that your grandmother would wear. I just cracked up. Thank God the light had changed as I was driving up because I wouldn't have been able to keep a straight face sitting there beside him. Sorry, I can't help being cruel sometimes.
Ugh, I am sorry to hear about the mice! Hope they like peanut butter-it's worth a try!
ReplyDeletePink floral pants would probably put me over the edge too! That's quite a statement!
Hop over to my blog when you have a chance.... :)
Oh, good grief, I probably would have busted a gut if I saw a big guy in pink pants!
ReplyDeleteHope you're having luck with getting rid of the mice/rats. Ugh.
Although mice intrigue our cat, he is not very good at catching them.
ReplyDeleteWe used the glue plate, which is pretty cruel, but maybe you can stomache it after reading the second part of your blog :)
