More mess...

Ok, first I want to say thanks for the comments to the post below. I am hoping this temporary scrap space will only be for around 10 days. That being said, I'm counting on 20!

My saga continues on the appliances. I am NEVER buying from Best Buy again. They brought a new stove today. Got it swapped out and the new one is damaged. So now we have to be incovenienced again to be home for another delivery.

I yelled, yes yelled, to their service dept. about not hearing from the installer. She said the third installer has 24-48 hrs. to contact us. I said I'll be away tomorrow and what do I do when they don't contact me? Wait another 3 weeks? My delivery was on Jan. 20. It's OVER A MONTH!!!! I'm sorry, I just cannot take it any more. I hung up on her. I'm not usually one to have outbursts but how much can one person take?!

  1. I would be pretty upset too if that happened to me. I have had my share of yelling on the phone too ... :-) .. wishing you all the luck in the appliance department.

  2. Love the floor! Sorry that you are going through the headaches of remodeling and dealing with damaged items! Big hugs! It will be beautiful when it's finished you just may not have a voice or hair left!

  4. Argh, what a hassle. We've not gotten any appliances from Best Buy, so this is helpful info. Bummer that it's taking you so long to get it all in, but wow, those wood floors look fantastic!!!

  5. Oh man! I would be furious as well.. I think I wouldn't bother them with a phone call, I would be so in there face right there at the store rasing a stink for all to hear! We have gotten our stove/fridge from BB, and had no problems, sorry this is happening to you. Your remodel looks good tho!
