The basics....

First off, let me start with some of the things you need.

Here's my perty helmet. It used to match my "sled" but then I got a new one. Oh well...






Trail snacks - what would riding be without them?! We always take beef jerky (YUCK!), trail mix (usually consists of yogurt pretzels, nuts and a bunch of sweet stuff), water, rice crispy treats, sandwiches, twix and other candy bars, cheese and pepperoni, etc. It's all about keeping up our strength HAHAHA!

  1. Cute helmet, I bet you are the most stylish rider out there! Yummy snacks, you're making me want to go raid the pantry here. We actually like those Oberto jerky strips. The hubby made me try them and I actually sort of like them (hanging my head in unabashed shame!) :)
