I saw a sketch on the Card Sketch a Day blog and thought it was cute. I also thought I could use up some scraps. So....I cut up a bunch of squares and made two quick cards. I was going to make the pink one a baby one or a get well but the clear stamps weren't cooperating with the inks that I had to match the pink. I hope it's ok to post these.
I used some Basic Grey scraps and Memory Box cards. Sooooo easy!
What a great way to use up scraps!! Love the bright cheery colors of these!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kerry (I know Kerry....of course I do) he he. I have so many scraps that could be cut into squares and used. Great job Michelle!
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle,
ReplyDeleteI scrolled down and caught up on your card making- I liked the snowman thank-you cards. I send thank-yous, unfortunately I still need to write mine. (but I might be partial to your snowman- loved my Christmas card/New Years wish)
Also liked the mouse with cheese, my vote would be for general purpose.
Yeah for scapbooking, did you make any more progress?
Thanks for the birthday wishes.
Heres to a great 2009!
This is a great way to use up those scraps !!! I need to do this too but might come up with dozens of cards to accommodate my scraps :o).
ReplyDeletehmm maybe I'll make cards the size of 8.5x11 hehe ...
These are both really cute, love the squares, and you're right, that's a great way to use up some scraps! :)
